Meet the Owner

PFL Designs is owned & operated by Mrs. Phylea Foster Lenow. Phylea established PFL Designs in mid 2023 as a way to share her passion for creating with the world.

Phylea is originally from Atoka, TN, a small town in Tipton County. She began her college career at Lambuth University in Jackson, TN in the fall of 2009. Due to Lambuth’s closure, she transferred to Christian Brothers University in the fall of 2011. At Christian Brothers, she received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 2013, followed by her Master of Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance, in 2015. In 2021, she also became an Enrolled Agent.
